📦 RETURNS

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
After 30 days, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Conditions:
To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Exclusions:
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products cannot be returned — including underwear, lingerie, hosiery, and intimate apparel.

💰 REFUNDS

🚚 RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
We recommend using a tracked courier service, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or untracked returns.
Please note: return shipments are sent to our international logistics center, and shipping costs vary by region.
⚠️ EXCEPTIONS
If you receive an incorrect or defective item, we will replace it at no extra cost.
Should the same issue occur again, you will receive a full refund.
